Vortex tube principle:
The physical phenomenon of using the geometric structure to form a vortex in high-pressure air promotes the transfer of thermal energy to cold and hot shunts. Therefore, low-temperature air can be generated without the use of refrigerant, movable components and other power. As long as the air compressor provides continuous and stable high-pressure air, it can be used in any situation that requires local air cooling.
The vortex tube is an energy separation device with a very simple structure. It consists of a nozzle, a vortex chamber, a separation orifice plate and hot and cold end tubes. During operation, the compressed gas expands and accelerates in the nozzle and then rotates, and then the airflow enters the hot end of the vortex tube along the tangential direction at a speed of 1,000,000 rpm. When the airflow rotates at high speed in the vortex tube, it is separated into two parts of airflow with unequal total temperatures after vortex transformation. The airflow in the center of the vortex chamber has a low temperature. This cold airflow forms ultra-low temperature cold air through the center of the generator and is collected at the cold air end for discharge. The airflow temperature in the outer part of the vortex chamber is high. By adjusting the hot end valve, the ratio of hot and cold flow can be adjusted, so that you can get the cooling effect or heating effect you are satisfied with.

Instructions for using vortex tube
The formation mechanism of the vortex tube is complex, and the air-conditioning temperature is affected by many factors such as "air pressure, air volume, size of the air inlet pipe, ambient temperature, gas dryness, etc." In addition, the applications of vortex tubes are ever-changing, so we can guarantee the quality of the product itself. The specific application conditions and effects need to be tested and evaluated by customers themselves.
Regarding the test temperature difference:
1. Each product is actually tested and shipped after passing the test;
2. The temperature of the vortex tube cold air gun is the limit temperature difference inside the cold air port and cannot be used as the operating temperature. The specific operating temperature is adjusted by the internal regulating valve at the hot end;
3. The vortex tube issued by the store is generally adjusted to a temperature difference of "about 20 degrees" from the normal temperature (there will be a slight difference due to the influence of air pressure and air volume). The specific operating temperature can be adjusted according to the actual needs of the site;
4. Adjustment method: Remove the tail muffler and rotate the internal regulating valve. Counterclockwise the air-conditioning temperature decreases, and clockwise the air-conditioning temperature increases;
5. If you want to achieve the best effect, it is best to provide an air pressure of 0.6~0.7Mpa, sufficient air volume, and dry gas.
