Wash the pot, dry the inside and outside of the pot before placing it on the stove, turn on low heat and pour cooking oil into the hot pot.
Spread the oil evenly on the surface of the pot, and wait until radial oil patterns form on the surface of the pot, then turn to medium-low heat. Wash the pot after cooling down.
After each cooking time, add neutral detergent to clean water and clean with a rag or sponge.
It is strictly prohibited to use vegetable cloth, iron brush or steel brush to clean non-stick cookware.
Precautions:
■Do not let the pot burn over high heat for too long to avoid deformation and damage to the pot body.
■Do not knock the pot surface to avoid dents on the pot surface, which will affect the cooking effect and damage the appearance of the pot body.
■Composite gold material has good heat transfer effect. Avoid touching the pot body during cooking or when it is at high temperature and has not been cleaned to avoid burns.
■When using a gas stove, do not use too high a fire to prevent food from spilling over the edge of the pot and the risk of gas overflow. This can also keep the pot clean and beautiful.
■Do not drop it hard or from a high place to avoid damage to the product.
■When placing the stove on the stove before each use, please wipe dry both inside and outside first to avoid water stains (commonly known as black pots).
■ Wipe the bottom of the pot: When water drips from the bottom of the pot, it will block the flame holes of the gas stove, resulting in incomplete combustion, causing the bottom of the pot to be blackened, and also producing carbon monoxide, which is harmful to health.
