Opening steps:
1. Clean with water
Please wash new pots with clean water to remove dust from the pots.
*Reminder: No need to use detergent, just rinse with water.
2. Dry moisture
Please use "medium heat" to dry and evaporate the moisture after cleaning.
3. Apply cooking oil
After the pot is really dry, please turn the fire source to "low heat" and then pour in cooking oil to cover the bottom of the pot, not too much. Then use a non-sharp metal cooking brush (silicone is acceptable) or brush to evenly coat the bottom of the pot with oil.
*Reminder: It is recommended to use linseed oil for cooking oil, which can complete the cooking process more quickly. Do not apply cooking oil directly with kitchen towels to avoid burns.
4. Bake evenly
After applying cooking oil, please bake on "low heat" for about 15 to 20 minutes. During the process, please adjust the heating angle and position of the pot in a timely manner to try to bake evenly everywhere.
5. Treatment of excess oil
After completing the above steps, please turn off the fire source, pour out the excess fat, and wipe it with kitchen towels (please be careful with the temperature inside the pot and the temperature of the oil). Once completed, you can store the pot.
